Ratem Merchant (The owners of Ephoenix Hotel) was registered on 25^thaugust, 1981 as a holding company to its business of exportation, importation, general contracts, hospitality and tourism. In all these areas, Ratem merchant had excelled over the years and has grown from leaps to bounds.

It has, in its own small way transformed the lives of the people it had to do business with; provided employment for a handful of people and society has been made better by the incoming of Ratem Merchant into the hotel and tourism industry.

Ratem merchant’s evolution is a strong resolve to do business in transparent, truth and honestly and our cardinal principles has upheld the company over the years.

For over two decades of doing business, it has positively made its impact on the society and its contribution to the total well-being of Kwara State cannot be quantified.
